1. Order Processing

• Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  
  

• Order Finalization: Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please double-check your details before completing checkout.
  
  

• Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order. If you don’t see it, please check all inboxes.
  
  

2. Product Availability

• In rare cases, if an item becomes unavailable after purchase, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  
  

• All orders are subject to security review and may be cancelled at our discretion.
  
  

3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

• For all the COD orders, we take a prepaid fee of ₹250-₹500 depending on the order value which is adjusted in the final billing amount at the time of delivery.
  (For example- if your order value is ₹2000, then we will send you a link of ₹250 to confirm your order and the remaining ₹1750 will be paid by you when you receive the order).

• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email along with tracking details.
